Please take a moment to complete booking form below, and be sure to tell me a little bit about yourself and what you have in mind for our rendezvous. I prioritize extended dates, FMTY and advance booking.

IMPORTANT: You must have images for two forms of ID ready to upload with your request. First ID must be a Drivers License (showing city of residence, name, and DOB), and second ID can be LinkedIn, Gym or Employment Badge, or Business Card

​

40% deposit is required for all touring city bookings. 

There is a $100 fee for same day appointments in the rare occasion that I am available.
