I exclusively offer boutique, low-volume experiences rooted in genuine connection, both in my current home base of Nashville, in the touring cities I visit throughout the year and and through custom Fly Me To You travel experiences.

Because of the intentional, unhurried nature of what I offer, my calendar holds far fewer dates than the norm, and each one is reserved with real care and preparation. The policies below reflect that.

Nashville (Home Base) Deposit and Cancellation Policy

​

• A non-refundable 40% deposit is required to confirm all Nashville bookings.

• All deposits are 100% non-refundable, as they secure my time and reflect the energy and preparation that goes into our time together.

• Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice may transfer their deposit ONCE to a new date within the same calendar month. 

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit, and the full fee for the date will be due.

Touring and  "Fly me to you"

• For Fly Me To You engagements and extended dates (8 hours or longer): A 50% deposit is required to confirm our time together.

• For dates during my public tours (under 8 hours): A 40% non-refundable deposit is required.

• All deposits are 100% non-refundable, as they secure my time exclusively for you and reflect the energy and preparation that goes into creating our experience.

• Touring cities currently outside of Nashville have an addition $150 hosting/accommodation fee.

• Touring cities, if you need to reschedule and provide at least 14 days’ notice, your deposit may be transferred once to a new date during the same tour time frame only and must be for the same or longer duration as originally booked.

• Cancellations made with less than 14 days’ notice for tours, will forfeit the deposit, and the full fee for the date will be due.
